TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT
▹ Payments are in USD or PHP only.
▹ I accept payment through PayPal, Ko-Fi, Wise (international) and GCash or Bank Transfer (local).
▹ No refunds.
▹ You can do full or split payment before I start sketching.
(For split payment: pay half of the total first for me to start, then pay the rest before I send the art)
COMMERCIAL USE
▹ I accept commissions for commercial use right now. You may DM me through my socials so we can have more detailed discussion about it.
▹ Manhwa characters that are commissioned is not allowed for commercial use unless stated by the original creators.
PERMISSION / COPY RIGHT USAGE
▹ You are allowed to use and post your commissioned art on social media but you must credit me/add my watermark.
▹ You are allowed to make personal merch only from the commissioned art. (not to sell unless we agreed about it being used commercially)
▹ I have the right to post the commissioned arts on my social media with my watermark on it. If you don't want me to post it yet, you can tell me beforehand.
▹ Limited alterations such as adding text to it or cropping the art is okay as long as it is for personal purpose.
▹ I do not allow the art to be traced, drawn over, and other big alterations.
